How I Shifted From Natural Luxury Personal Care Into Tattoo Care.

Friends and Family are powerful drivers! I was presented with some frustrations that my friends and family had who work in the tattoo industry and who are avid collectors. They asked me if I could help. I am honored they would trust me with something so important and dear to them. I love skincare and I love and collect art... sooooo it was a no brainer! 

I wanted to learn more. After spending countless hours at the side of generous artists who have shared their time, talent and expertise with me, I began my Tattoo Care journey.

I have spent the past 4 years formulating and developing formulas to help with issues I knew could be effectively addressed with truly excellent natural products, that are ink and skin friendly. 

Sometimes, an outside viewpoint helps put things into focus. Taking my understanding for skin care, how the skin functions and then combining this with the knowledge and expertise shared with me on the art of tattooing, I went to my lab. 

I currently formulate everything I produce. Which means I can tweak it all very quickly. Having artists open up and share what they loved and hated about products that I made helped me understand more clearly how to approach revision and improvement. We are always improving, innovating and thinking outside of the box. 

Education is a key component of what we do. I am constantly being educated by the community.

In turn we offer education to all of our artists on the function and care of skin, so that they can be more aware while practicing their craft. We educate artists and collectors on why our products work, from the "nerdy sciency" perspective.

For Resurrection, although we make some really cool stuff,  it isn't so much about being cool. It's about being real, honest and always growing. 

Just like a brilliant tattoo, each formula we create is painstakingly crafted with details, nuances and dimension that bring our products to life. 

Our mission is to obtain, create and provide the best for the successful realization, care and maintenance of your tattoos.
